How do you use my lead data?
We don’t. Storing lead data is optional and disabled by default. Storing is useful while debugging or as an additional backup.

Can I send 1 lead to 2 departments?
You can send 1 lead to any number of departments each supporting multiple recipients.
Do you provide support?
We offer support via tickets for all users. Phone, video, and screen sharing is available for Premium subscribers.
